Read today that Southwold has a debate about the use of Tuk Tuk vehicles.

Finding the balance between developing and enhancing the visitor experience and nurturing and protecting the heritage and natural beauty of a location is a challenge.

I could see these little vehicles shuttling back and forth from the pier to the harbour mouth, not sure about being in the centre though. You can read more about this here.
