12 Midday, Saturday 12 May - We need your help to show our support for re-building the George pub. Please find 20 minutes on 12th to come to Wickham Market Square and join the community for a newspaper photograph, bring the family, dog and all.

To achieve Lottery funding and save the George we need a big display of community support. So let's show them how much we want to get rid of that scaffolding!

Everyone on the square will receive a Free Drink Voucher for when the George re-opens!

On the 12 May 2018 the George Community Pub committee will launch a 6 week campaign to sell shares to buy the George and take control of its future.

Every household in Wickham Market will receive a share offer prospectus and application form. We need to raise a lot of money from shares and grants and it's important that we show the level of support from our community.

The BIG photograph will be our message to show how much this means to our village.

It's been 5 years since the fire and much work has been done in the background. We thank you for your patience and now call upon you to show your support.
