This coming Sunday, 26th April at 10am Method Fit will be running a fun online class in aid of the Lighthouse Charity, a refuge in Ipswich which homes women and children that are victims of domestic abuse.

The class is free of charge and we would like to see as many people as possible join us for a 30 minute fun work-out. All we ask is for you to donate whatever you can to this very worthwhile charity. I’m sure you have seen in the media that the need for domestic abuse services has increased dramatically during Covid19 whilst fundraising and financing opportunities have fallen.
