COMMUNITIES TOGETHER EAST ANGLIA

Have been providing services to the community of Suffolk for over 35 years. Their main services are community transport, family carer well-being services and Later Life Community Support Groups which meet monthly. Below are details of local groups.:

Community Cuppa / Chinwag – second Thursday of the month, 2pm -4pm at Wickham Market Village Hall Suffolk Carers Natter Group – first Tuesday of the month 10am – midday at Vida Haus Café
