Connected Communities work to support people over the age of 65 who may be feeling lonely, isolated or are dealing with difficult life issues such as low mood, long term health conditions, housing or money concerns and bereavement.
Working specifically in Wickham Market we are able to meet individuals either face to face or over the phone. We can spend time getting to know them and what matters to them before linking them with others who can help and support them to meet their needs. Anyone over 65 can access our service, they can either contact us themselves or someone else can contact them on their behalf with their permission.
