I’m Anna O’Neill, founder of LookupStayup; certified and accredited Christian Transformational Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and mindfulness therapist based in Wickham Market, Suffolk UK.

I am passionate about supporting women to live a full and happy life, finding their self worth and being confident in themselves. I specialise in empowering women to recover from trauma, anxiety and depression.....because I hit rock bottom and know how hard life can feel....there are times in your life when you need a helping hand.

I offer individual one to one coaching and EmpowHer Women's Circle group sessions.

*Please note that sessions at Vida Haus are from 10am - 11am every Friday.
