We are a local charity working to see a community that is connected in many different ways, all inclusive, with different generations learning from each other in a place where people feel safe and connected and can thrive.
We will do this by providing A place that provides a safe space for people to start building friendship, have fun, and learn empowering skills that can help support them from mental health challenges. We currently run a Wellbeing Tree Cafe every Wednesday at the Aspire Centre 10.30-12.30 open to all. We share tea, cake and biscuits and have fun together through different sessions put on the volunteers. We have started a new community Glebe allotment open for anyone interested in growing plants and friendships. We meet together to cultivate the land through organic methods and improve our wellbeing at the same time.
