Last week we launched a 12-week public consultation on the proposed decision and draft permits that EDF's SZC company needs to operate Sizewell C. For more details about what the permits are for, and the scope of the consultation please visit our information page­­Come and talk to our specialists this week: Thursday 14 July, 2pm-7.30pm, Saxmundham Market Hall, High Street, IP17 1AF Friday 15 July, 2pm-7.30pm, Aldeburgh Parish Church Hall, Victoria Road, IP15 5DU Saturday 16 July, 9am-1.30pm, Leiston Community Centre, King George’s Avenue, IP16 4JX We’ll organise online events in September so that you can ask us any other questions you may have before you submit your response. ­­How to view the documents and make your comments­All of the documents are available to view and download online. We have designed the online consultation to make it easy to submit responses to the questions. We would prefer you to comment online as this will help us to gather and summarise responses quickly and accurately. All documents are also published on GOV.UK We realise that not everyone will have access, or the ability to view documents online, so we’ll send printed reference copies to the nearby libraries and town council offices. These will be available from 22 July. You will also be able to view the documents at the drop-in events. Please send us your comments on the proposed decision documents and draft permits:
