Project Owl – Secrets of the night

There is an opportunity to learn more about Owls when Dr Hugh Hanmer from the British Trust for Ornithology gives a talk on the subject at Woodbridge Community Hall on Thursday 17 February at 7.30 pm.

The talk has been organised by Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s Woodbridge Wildlife Group and chairman Phil Smith said “It is always thrilling to see or hear one of our native owls and I know these birds hold a fascination for many of us. We’re fortunate to have a knowledgeable speaker from the British Trust for Ornithology to tell us all about them. “

Mr Smith added “Doors open at 7 pm with the talk starting at 7.30 pm. Seating will be set out to give room for distancing and extra measures will be in place to keep our audience members safe during attendance . Entry to the talk is £3 for adults, with under 25’s free. Refreshments will be served during the evening, all are welcome and there is no requirement to book for this talk. “
