Public Consultation: Proposed Residential Development, Land between High Street and Chapel Lane, Pettistree (adjoining Wickham Market)

 

Hopkins Homes would like to invite you to a public consultation event on Wednesday 16th October 2019, between 3pm and 7.30pm, at Wickham Market Village Hall, High Street, Wickham Market, IP13 0HE.

 

Hopkins Homes is consulting the community on plans for a residential development of up to 150 new homes in Pettistree Parish, immediately to the south of Wickham Market, between the B1438 High Street and Chapel Lane. The site forms a proposed allocation for residential development within the forthcoming Suffolk Coastal Local Plan and the proposals include bungalows, smaller homes and family homes, including affordable housing, together with areas of open space and a children's play area.

 

Open spaces will be provided along the northern boundary neighbouring the recently developed homes around Morris Road with a landscaped buffer along the southern boundary. Vehicular access is planned from the B1438 (High Street) together with a footpath/cycleway link through to Chapel Lane.

 

Representatives from Hopkins Homes will be in attendance to talk through the proposals and to answer any questions that you may have. The information will be available to view on the project website www.landatpettistree.co.uk following the exhibition.
