Our traditional pub based in Campsea Ashe has recently been stylishly refurbished to make it the ideal place to find a cosy corner and relax, whilst enjoying the best of our chef’s seasonal dishes and our handpicked selection of wines, ales, lagers and spirits.

The Greyhound Inn
Stewart & Louise McKenzie welcome you to the Greyhound Inn, a beautiful 14th Century Village Inn situated in the quintessential Suffolk village of Pettistree. Pettistree is within close proximity of Wickham Market. From the centre of Wickham Market you can walk to the Greyhound Inn in about 15 minutes and the terrain is very flat. Chef Louise produces a wonderful menu full of variety, including pub classics alongside local game and fish dishes, with the occasional Scottish twist thrown in for good measure. The emphasis is on local seasonal food, which is in abundance in Suffolk. Stewart serves up fine local ales, alongside an expanding collection of Malt Whisky & Scottish Gins.
FRESHLY COOKED LOCAL PRODUCE WITH A SCOTTISH TWIST
Louise cooks flavoursome dishes using local produce, sometimes with a hint to their Scottish heritage making everything from the popular Soda Bread which accompanies the starters, ice-cream with the puddings and Oatcakes to go with the cheese board. Louise's family have had hotels and restaurants since she was a girl, and she has grown up with a love for food and local produce. Her father, noticing this passion, trained her and she went on the gain 2 AA rosettes for her food.
East Anglia has a variety of local breweries and Stewart serves a selection of ales from places such as Earl Soham and Adnams in Southwold. Behind the bar you will also find an interesting selection of spirits with an ever expanding collection of malt whisky reflecting Stewart’s passion for Speyside and Island Malts, honed in the many Teuchter bars of Glasgow while at University! Stewart enjoys handpicking one of his favourites monthly which features as malt of the month, Sláinte!

The Ufford Crown
Welcome to the Ufford Crown, a friendly, family run pub and restaurant in the charming village of Ufford, 2 miles from Wickham Market, Suffolk.
Max and Polly Durrant reopened the doors of the Ufford Crown in April 2011 with the aim of offering delicious food, with excellent service in a welcoming place. Leading the kitchen brigade are accomplished chefs Will Hardiman and James Wilding, who create tempting menus, using seasonal produce from local suppliers.
The Ufford Crown comprises of a spacious restaurant, a cosy bar and a stylish lounge area which is popular for diners as well as private parties. There is also a terrace where warm summer evenings and lazy Sundays can be enjoyed as well as a attractive garden with newly installed children’s play area.

The White Horse

The White Lion Inn
