We are a small group of local dancers meeting Tuesday mornings in Hasketon Victory Hall. Having only just resumed dancing due to Covid, we are delighted to be back, toes tapping, dancing to wonderful music and sharing the fun and social experience that are essential ingredients of Scottish dancing. It’s a workout for body and mind. Of course some of the best fun comes when the body is willing, but the mind goes walk about. We like to laugh……. For now our dancing is socially distanced, in a well ventilated hall, with adapted dances and formations.
If you fancy joining us, please get in touch. If you are returning to Scottish dancing or are new and would like to try it, we will be welcoming all dancers from January 2022. We learn together, dance together and there’s no need to bring a partner with you, as dancing is social, done mainly in sets, changing partners as we go through the morning.
