The Framlingham, Wickham Market, Kelsale and Yoxford and villages Community Partnership wants to find out more about Mental health and emotional wellbeing in the local community. It wants to identify what are the key issues affecting local people and solutions that it may be able to support and facilitate. This survey will take place online and we will liaise with coffee mornings/groups etc on the patch so that paper copies can be provided too. The survey is here: https://forms.gle/SkNqEKZvC8NMTCCNA. On the survey link is a link to the Well Minds East Suffolk booklet. This has been developed by East Suffolk Council and funded by the East Suffolk Community Partnership Board. The aim with the booklet is to provide a range of information and advice about mental health and wellbeing, useful contacts and ways to find out more. Hopefully, it will help you in the community to help your friends, family and community.
