The Sizewell C Information Office will be reopening to the public from tomorrow (Wednesday, 2 December).
The office will be open from 9.30am to 12.30; then 1.30pm to 5pm; Monday to Friday (inclusive). We will be operating within the Tier Two guidelines, so access can only be guaranteed if people have an appointment.
A booking system has been set up and appointments can be made by either telephoning the Sizewell C Community Freephone line on 0800 197 6102 or emailing: info@sizewellc.co.uk
Access will be limited to one member of the public at a time (or two people maximum, if they are in the same ‘bubble’). We will try to cater for drop-in visitors, but priority will always be given to people with appointments.
All visitors will be required to wear a mask at all times, sanitize hands and have a temperature reading using a non-contact digital thermometer on entrance to the Sizewell C Information Office. Details will also be taken for Track & Trace purposes only.
The current Sizewell C Consultation runs until Friday, 18 December, and is purely about proposed changes to the DCO application which was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in May this year.
Hard copies of the full Consultation Document and response forms, as well as usb sticks containing the consultation information, are available from the Sizewell C Information Office at 48-50 High Street, Leiston, IP16 4EW.
Copies of the November edition of the Community Newsletter are also available from the office. Large print, easy read and audio versions of the newsletter are also available on request.
